Rogier has held senior leadership positions at DuPont, Conoco, Shell, Coca-Cola, and Sabic, serving as Regional CFO, Head of Governance, Risk, Controls & Assurance, and Head of Tax. He has led global Finance and Tax teams and managed major cross-border reorganizations, mergers & acquisitions, and complex tax dispute resolutions. His expertise spans energy, (petro)chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and the beverage industry.
Wilbert Kannekens*
Wilbert has collaborated extensively with global companies, investors, and governments on cross-border reorganizations, mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, and strategic advisory projects. From 2007 to 2014, he led one of the Big 4's Global International Tax groups, applying deep expertise in tax law and business operations across multiple jurisdictions. His sector experience includes energy, chemicals, financial institutions, and electronics.
